Terms of Service

1.1 The Platform

AnytimeDeal is a digital marketplace connecting users with local promotions. We provide the technology to facilitate these connections but are not a party to any transaction between a Customer and a Merchant. AnytimeDeal does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or availability of any promotion and does not endorse any Merchant or offer.

1.3 Eligibility & Security

• •Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use AnytimeDeal.
• •Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect a security breach.

2.1 Deal Redemption

• •No Guarantee: Deals are "while supplies last." AnytimeDeal is not liable if a Merchant runs out of stock or refuses a deal.
• •Personal Use: Promotions are for individual use only and cannot be resold.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• •Use "GPS Spoofing" or location-masking to claim deals you aren't physically near.
• •Create multiple accounts to exploit "one-time-use" promotions.
• •Platform Harm: Attempt to scrape data, reverse engineer the app, or upload malicious code.

3.1 Content Accuracy & Honoring Deals

• •Merchant represents and warrants that all promotions comply with applicable federal, state, and local advertising laws, including but not limited to California’s Unfair Competition Law and False Advertising Law, and that all material terms, limitations, and exclusions are clearly disclosed.
• •As a Merchant, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings. You agree that your promotions are genuine and not misleading.
• •You must honor the deal for any Customer who presents a valid AnytimeDeal redemption code/screen during the specified timeframe.

3.2 Merchant Conduct

• •Availability: If a deal sells out or you can no longer honor it, you must mark the deal as "Sold Out" or "Ended" in the app immediately.
• •Merchant shall not create artificial scarcity, false urgency, or misleading “limited time” representations.
• •Pricing: You will not artificially inflate prices before a sale to make a discount seem larger than it is.
• •Illegal or offensive stores or promotions will be removed immediately.

3.3 Payments & Fees

• •AnytimeDeal may charge subscription or service fees. Specific fee structures are outlined in your Merchant Dashboard.
• •Failure to pay agreed-upon fees may result in the immediate removal of your store from the platform.

3.4 Brand Representation

You grant AnytimeDeal a non-exclusive license to use your store’s name, logo, and photos for the purpose of promoting your deals on our platform and social media.

4.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnytimeDeal is not responsible for:

• •Technical glitches that prevent a deal from showing or being redeemed.
• •The quality, safety, or legality of products purchased from Merchants.
• •Disputes, injuries, or losses occurring at a Merchant's physical location.

4.2 Indemnification

Users and Merchants agree to hold AnytimeDeal harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from their violation of these terms or their interactions with one another. Merchant agrees to indemnify and defend AnytimeDeal against any claim arising from alleged false advertising, deceptive trade practices, pricing misrepresentation, or failure to honor a promotion.

4.3 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego, California.

4.4 Termination & Updates

• •We reserve the right to ban any account acting in bad faith or committing fraud.
• •We may update this document as we grow. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
