Account & Data Deletion

We value your privacy. Learn how to manage or permanently remove your AnytimeDeal data.

Recommended Method: In-App

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly through the AnytimeDeal mobile app. This ensures your identity is verified instantly.

Open the AnytimeDeal App and go to the Account tab.

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

Verify your choice. Your data will be wiped immediately from our production servers.

Manual Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you may submit a manual request. Please email us from the account associated with your AnytimeDeal profile.

Service Level Agreement

Manual requests are typically processed within 48-72 hours. We will verify your identity via email before permanently purging your profile, stores, and active promotions.

What data is deleted?

Personal Identity
Full name, email address, profile picture, and phone number.
Business Data
All registered stores, location information, and branding assets.
Active Content
Live promotions, historical deals, and customer interaction logs.
Security Tokens
All authentication records and device identifiers.

Note: Some transactional data (e.g., Stripe payment records) may be retained as required by law or financial regulations, even after account deletion.
